Transafe Logistics are searching for an apprentice to assist with office, transport and accounts administration. You will be trained and supported, learning about the wider business, with opportunity to work in different departments. This is a varied and interesting role, with a competitive salary and scope for career progression.

**Working week**

Monday to Friday, with some flexibility over start/finish time, within daytime hours.

Total hours per week: 37.5

**What you will do in your working day**
- All aspects of general office administration
- Supporting the proof of delivery (POD) process, obtaining information from drivers and the planning team, scanning and attaching the information correctly to jobs
- Answering queries and ensuring issues are flagged with the appropriate department
- Data entry and system monitoring
- Assisting members of the planning team
- Learning transport planning and associated compliance
- Supporting the accounts team with basic accounting, processing purchase invoices, data input on Sage and general administration
- Finance checking, and calculating shipping weighs and prices
- All other associated duties as required

**The training you will be getting**
- Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard
- A bespoke programme of practical, technical and vocational learning
- Functional Skills in maths and English (if applicable)

**What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship**
- As part of the apprenticeship you will support different areas of the business, including our accounts, proof of delivery and transport teams. These are potential areas for internal progression

**Things to consider**

Transafe Logistics is based on North Moss Lane in Stallingborough. Please check the location and ensure you would be able to travel to work on a daily basis. Depending on your location, it may be possible to travel with other members of staff.
