Based at stylish contemporary offices in a picturesque rural setting, the successful applicant will deliver seamless administrative support directly to the Managing Director, whilst performing a range of other clerical duties across the business. This isan exciting opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**As PA / Office Administrator, you will have the following duties and responsibilities**:

- Skilfully coordinating and managing diaries and appointments
- Making all required travel arrangements
- Arranging events and meetings (and taking minutes where required)
- Coordinating all administration for the Practice, and helping with office management in Directors' absence
- Producing professional documentation and correspondence
- Providing friendly and efficient frontline assistance to clients and colleagues, routing enquiries to the relevant point of contact

**We're looking for a PA / Office Administrator with the following skills and experience**:

- Accomplished Personal Assistant or senior-level Administrator, ideally in a Financial Planning or Wealth Management environment
- Extensive proven experience of managing diaries and providing PA / EA support
- Management experience, or the desire to take on more responsibility
- IT proficient, with a good knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- style, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to liaise confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Second-to-none organisational skills, adept in the prioritisation of tasks and working to deadlines
- Evidence of producing professional documents and correspondence to a consistently high standard, with excellent grammatical accuracy and attention to detail

**Hours of work**:

- Office-based Monday to Friday

**Salary and benefits**:

- £25,000 - £35,000
- Free parking
