Originally established in 1995, this IT support company now manage over 1000 active accounts and excel in their field. Their base is in Kettering, but their coverage is global. They now have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the friendly team. The Office Administrator is the heart of the organisation ensuring the day-to-day communication between clients and colleagues is maintained in an effective manner.

Duties Include

Answering & distributing incoming calls to the business via Teams.

Processing supplier invoices.

Generating product codes.

Filing & scanning various documents using Sage.

Inputting customer invoices onto third party portals.

Any other reasonable duties relevant to the post as and when required.

Requirements of the role

8.45am - 5.30pm Monday - Thursday. Friday 5pm finish.

23 days + bank holidays (3 saved for Christmas shut down)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kettering: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
