We are a leading ceramic tiling contractor based in Kettering and we are looking for a part time Office Administrator on a temporary basis for maternity cover. This is a 1 year contract with the potential to become a permanent position.

All training would be given.

Your responsibilities would include:
Measuring the area of tiles to be fitted and creating a job sheet for tilers to use.

Entering sales orders onto Sage 50

Raising purchase orders for tiles and materials

Sending invoices after the job is complete

Booking in material receipts and matching it to a suppliers invoice

Co-ordinating freight from overseas suppliers

This will be an 18 hour contract over 3/4 days, Monday to Friday. Hours to be agreed at interview. Some flexibility is required for additional hours when needed. If circumstances are appropriate then an apprenticeship arrangement can be agreed

Hourly pay: Up to £11.44 an hour, paid monthly
