A brilliant opportunity has arisen to lead our dynamic Neighbourhood function. This role is all about working with customers and partners to make sure our neighbourhoods are great places to live, building capacity, cohesion and resilience within them. In addition, making sure that customers raising issues within their communities like nuisance in shared spaces, receive an excellent customer experience.
You’ll be supported by a Mentoring Manager (to mentor and coach the team) and an Operational Delivery Manager (assisting with co-ordination and logistics) to lead a fantastic team of c16 Customer Partners and our network of nationwide Mobile Associates who provide a flexible, on-site presence within our neighbourhoods.
In this role you’ll continue to deliver our Customer Strategy, embedding our Customer Promise, iterating on our delivery model, ensuring customers are at the heart of our services. You’ll also use data and insight to ensure a proactive approach, predicting and anticipating customer needs to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, efficiency and ensuring a personal touch.
This will be hard work, particularly within the current operating environment so you’ll need a heap of resilience and a bundle of tenacity. You’ll laugh, you’ll be occasionally frustrated but you’ll be supported to grow into the role and have an opportunity to shape and improve services, which enable our customers and communities to thrive.
