We are a well established Construction and Home Improvements company based in Leighton Buzzard and we're looking for an office administrative to help with the day to day business running needs.

Job Title: Office Administrator & Client Relations

You will be responsible for:

- Organizing day to day schedules for multiple staff members.
- Ensuring that projects are followed through correctly alongisde with the Project Manager and delivered in accordance with key objectives
- Preparation of subcontract enquiries for works
- Production of presentation material
- Recording project information for promotional use
- Negotiating & preparing of sub-contractor/consultant orders
- Assisting with material buying
- Monitoring and maintaining the company approved supply chain database
- Analysis of tender and breakdown into buying schedules
- Analysis of returns and preparing recommendations for placing orders
- Ensuring all payments are made in accordance with contractual terms
- Management and booking of all projects
- Management of the company's vehicle fleet
- Ensuring company stationary and supplies stock levels are adequate
- Assist the company directors and higher members of staff on day to day activities.
- Various PA duties provided to the company directors

**Salary**: £21,450.00-£25,350.00 per year
