Office Administrative Assistant

Who We Are:
We are a small family owned business specializing in the supply of bathroom goods to high-end residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth we are looking for a new member of the team to help with day to day admin duties and estimating. Ideally the successful applicant should be comfortable working in a small team and have a hands on enthusiastic approach to further building this business with us, this is a full or part time position.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Prepare and issue quotations.
- Liaise with clients answering queries and scheduling deliveries
- Help to oversee the ordering of goods for projects
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness
- Qualifications:
- Strong clerical skills, including data entry and filing
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and computer systems
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,288.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
