Summary

Our HR&OD Strategic Delivery team are recruiting for a new HR Strategy Policy & Projects Officer who will help shape our culture, identify opportunities to embed our values and ensure we remain a great place to work.

**About the role**

As HR Strategy Policy & Projects Officer, you will:

- looking at our policies to engage and support our staff to deliver a high performing culture and support the wider HR&OD team to lead from the front on how we attract, retain and engage our workforce.
- contribute towards communication and engagement activities and initiatives such as modernising our intranet, improving our reward framework, and maintaining our job evaluation and associated systems

You will be part of an innovative service who look at our systems, policies, processes, and the culture and behaviour of our workforce in delivering our services, identifying and delivering activities that improve these areas, and ensuring we have a skilled, agile, and engaged workforce to provide the best outcomes for Wiltshire's residents and communities. About you
- You will be CIPD level 5 certificate in Human Resources and/or significant relevant HR experience in providing advice and guidance on a range of HR related matters.
- With excellent communication and high-impact presentation skills, you will have the ability to motivate and encourage creativity in others.
- You will display professional credibility to influence senior managers as well as excellent project management and organisation skills and be able to deliver at pace.
