Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to join our team at Frazer Jones, a leading recruitment agency in the industry. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business to achieve its goals and objectives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing solutions-focused HR support and advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit. This will include:

  • Providing expert HR guidance and support to management and employees on all aspects of employment law and company policies.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
  • Leading on all change management activity, including restructuring, redundancy, and TUPE.
  • Updating HR policies and procedures in line with changes in employment law.
  • Managing all employee relations case work, coaching, advising, and upskilling managers on performance management, disciplinary, and grievance.
  • Preparing case work for Employment Tribunals.
  • Ensuring the HR system is continually updated and runs effectively, liaising with technical support and consultancy as needed.
  • Providing and leading on specific HR research and project work.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven HR generalist experience with site-based manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
  • Extensive expertise in all areas of Employee Relations, including complex case work.
  • Practical understanding of consultation, restructuring, and TUPE.
  • Up-to-date Employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD qualified or relevant practical experience.
