About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Frazer Jones, a leading recruitment agency. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational HR support to our clients in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide solutions-focused HR support and advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
  • Set the people agenda, ensuring it aligns with overall company objectives.
  • Lead on all change management activity, including restructures, redundancy, and TUPE.
  • Update HR policies and procedures in line with changes in employment law.
  • Manage all employee relations case work, coaching, advising, and upskilling managers on performance management, disciplinary, and grievance.
  • Prepare case work for Employment Tribunals.
  • Ensure the HR system is continually updated and runs effectively, liaising with technical support and consultancy as needed.
  • Provide and lead on specific HR research and project work.

Requirements

  • Proven HR generalist experience with site-based manufacturing experience.
  • Ability to operate at a strategic and operational level.
  • Extensive expertise in all areas of Employee Relations, including complex case work.
  • Practical understanding of consultation, restructuring, and TUPE.
  • Up-to-date Employment law knowledge.
  • CIPD qualified or relevant practical experience.
