This post is an integral role working within the portfolio of the Learning Disabilities and/or Autism team supporting the: Learning Disabilities and or/Autism Case Management Care Education Treatment Reviews Dynamic Support Register Learning from Lives and Deaths Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Ambitions of the NHS Long Term Plan The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role.
