**Learning and Assessment Administrator - £27,000 - Farringdon, London**

**The Role**

Do you possess at least 2 years working in an administrative environment? Are you proficient in MS office, databases and online platforms? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The key responsibilities of a Learning and Assessment Administrator include, but are not limited to:

- Attention to detail is required such as accurately logging any 'no shows’ for assessments and ensuring that deferrals and postponements are processed appropriately.
- Ensure that learner queries relating to the examination and assessment process, rules and regulations, appeals are dealt with promptly and fully.
- Add learners to the LMS for onboarding, study and assessment purposes
- Resolve learner queries regarding access to platforms either for assessment purposes or to obtain digital learning materials
- Deal with complex requests for exam adjustments, special centres or other unusual circumstances that may arise. Ensure that the needs of the learner have been taken into account.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the Institute systems, including the membership CRM, Rogo and LMS. This includes upload of results and any necessary changes post exam board.
- Ensure that documents of a sensitive and confidential nature e.g. exam papers and supporting medical information for exam adjustments, are dealt with securely.
- Work with the Learning and Assessment Lead to ensure that process documents, policies and learning materials are kept relevant and up-to-date
- Work with the Learning & Assessment Lead to plan and schedule assessment sessions, and communications to stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the Assessment Manager in the production of assessment materials such as assignments and exam papers. This involves scheduling various meetings with external stakeholders such as examiners and tracking progress. There maybe the occasional requirement to take meeting notes.
- Process requests for post exam processes, such as extenuating circumstances and appeals. Log and record details of issues raised and ensure accuracy of reporting.

**The Person**

The key skills and qualities of a Learning and Assessment Administrator are:

- A good understanding of administration of exams and assessment, ideally within the education or professional and membership body sector
- A good understanding of the use of MS Office in an office environment, especially MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient with databases and online learning platforms
- Experience in dealing with customers in a pressured environment
- Ability to keep records accurately
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential documents
