About the Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing PA and administrative support to EVP & General Counsel. Having a great understanding of our key functions, you will be supporting our Senior Leadership teams. With such a varied workload, no day will ever be the same
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing secretarial/administrative support directly to EVP & General Counsel, exercising confidentiality, tact and diplomacy- Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations and minutes- Maintaining files, records, calendars and diaries, coordinating meeting arrangements, processing expenses and expenditure control- Assist management of business initiatives as required- Involved with the LNROLF, attending meetings (virtually), taking notes and any other administrative duties requested by EVP & GC other Board members- Arranging last minute multi city trips to meet business needs including booking of tickets, hotels, transport and prepare detailed itineraries- Coordinating new starter and facilities changes, as well as raising IT requests and requirements- Managing events, assisting with sourcing venues, team building activities and logistics planning
**Requirements**:- Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and think analytically when needed- Flexible working when Ian is travelling (odd weekends/late nights)- Good communicator and able to liaise with senior stakeholders- Have great verbal and written skills, able to communicate professionally and provide feedback to colleagues- Be a natural problem solver, able to collaborate with your team to resolve issues- Have great experience within a professional services or similar environment
