Admin and Customer Support Assistant

**Job Purpose**:
To Help process the vehicles ready for auction and deal with internal and external customers.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
To support the Vehicle team in all aspects of administration, customer support and Complaints
- Understanding administration duties to maintain central database.
- Interact with Customers and provide a good level of Customer Service
- Assist in administration according to the needs of the business
- Manage customer expectations regarding company terms and conditions
- Record all correspondence with customers
- Make sure all fines and charges are processed
**Qualification, Skills & Experience required**:
- There are no academic and vocational qualifications required to execute the role
- Good Organisational skills
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Computer skills
- Compliance of the Data Protection Act
- Work part of a team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00 per year
