Do you live local to Chilwell? Do you have customer support experience within an office environment?
If so, we are currently recruiting for a customer support administrator on a temporary basis for sick cover.
Hours;
- Monday to Thursday, 8am - 5.30pM/Friday, 8am - 5pm
Pay;
- £11.44 per hour
Duties;
- Receiving customer orders
- Processing orders on our Sage 200 software system
- Dealing with customer enquiries and solving queries
- Liaising with couriers to ensure an efficient delivery service
Experience;
- Microsoft Office
- Customer service within an office environment
