**Responsibilities**:
.Cover all general Admin duties within the department
.Knowledge of SAP and customer service software
.Answering incoming calls, dealing with customer service enquiries including proof of delivery and covering the spares technical enquiry line
.Process cash / staff order and sales
.Customer complaints and provide appropriate answers
.Communicate with our renewable customers to ensure allocation and delivery of their orders

Monday to Friday -38 hours a week-Office Based

**Salary**: £21,000k to 22,500k
