**Your Role**

As a People & Culture Associate, you will join our collaborative People team and be instrumental in fuelling our growth journey, supporting us to shape and develop our programmes and processes across People, Talent and Office Management. You will get to work with key stakeholders across the business, with a focus on building relationships within the People & Finance teams, as well as external suppliers.

You will directly report into the Culture & Development Manager, supporting them on a range of exciting initiatives and projects to develop and nurture existing talent within our business, as well as contributing to the continuation of our positive culture as we grow.

**All the responsibilities we will trust you with**:
**People Operations**:

- Act as a key point of contact for the business on queries relating to HR policy, process, and administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records on BambooHR and shared drives.
- Manage all sickness and holiday absence tracking in BambooHR.
- Administer probation review processes, including the 30/60/90 day check in, as well as ensuring all quarterly and year-end review feedback is recorded and uploaded to BambooHR.
- Report and track new joiners, leavers and recruitment data.
- Manage a successful offboarding process for all leavers, including conducting exit interviews.
- Support on the renewal and administration of the pension & benefits.

**Culture & Development**:
You will work closely with the Culture & Development Manager to:

- Organise ad-hoc culture initiatives, such as birthday cards, presents and leaving gifts.
- Supporting the development and delivery of training initiatives.
- Arrange team events.
- Act as a culture carrier and support on the development of programmes to carry and continue the existing positive culture as we grow as a business, aligning with our core values.
- Administration of e-learning for new starters and current staff.
- Assisting with tracking learning and volunteering initiatives

**Talent**:
Working with the Talent Manager, you will:

- Support on the development and implementation of successful employee onboarding for all new joiners.
- Liaise with our third-party provider to arrange background checks.
- Assist with recruitment administration.

**Office Management**:

- Act as a first point of contact for the TOG team, to ensure our office spaces create a happy and welcoming environment.
- Keep the office well stocked with necessary stationary/IT equipment.

**Requirements**:
**Essential requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, you will be directly working with internal & external stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organised, we are looking for an individual who can support on the development of good process and procedure.
- Fast paced, you will be used to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Multi-tasking, you will be managing competing demands and deadlines, and will need to have the ability to multi-task & keep calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, you will be able to spot discrepancies quickly and easily in data sets, policies or documents.
- Solid IT skills, you will be utilising Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint on a regular basis, and need to be confident in using these programmes.
- Experience working as an admin or super-user of an HR System.

**Desirable requirements**:

- Prior HR administration or co-ordination experience.
- Experience supporting on employee benefits administration.
- Super-user or admin level experience on our HR System; BambooHR.
