Administrator / Receptionist

An award-winning top tier LEGAL 500 firm based in the west midlands is looking for an **ADMINISTRATOR / RECEPTIONIST** to join their team on a permanent basis.
You should be able to commute to Their office inSheldon as theirreceptionists are required to provide cover from time to time.
This role is full time 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday and is based in Shirley.
**Some of the duties include but are not limited to**:
- Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception as well as answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
- Organise and store paperwork and documents both manually and electronically on the internal system
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
- Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- Ordering stationary supplies
- Administration
