**Location**: Birmingham Business Park
**About the Client**: Our client is a leading fleet management company dedicated to delivering exceptional services to its clients. The company is committed to excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
**Position Overview**: We are currently seeking a dedicated and personable receptionist to join the team at Birmingham Business Park on behalf of our client. This is a full-time position for the initial 3-week period, transitioning to part-time (3 days per week) thereafter.
The pay rate for this position is £12.02 per hour.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office in a professional and friendly manner.- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals within the company.-
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments.- Support other departments with various tasks as needed.**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.**Work Schedule**:
- Full-time for the initial 3 weeks.- Transitioning to part-time, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
