**role overview**:
In this role you will play a key part in the operation of the Early Careers team. You will be working across pre-qualification and post qualification, supporting the team to deliver various programmes from work experience to graduate rotational programmes. The Early Careers team also work closely with the wider talent team, including Apprenticeships, People Experience and our JD Foundation charity. A passion for supporting local communities and young people is crucial to this role. In this role you will have the potential to enrol onto an Apprenticeship.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide administration support using Microsoft 365
- Analyse and extract data and display in an engaging way
- Communicate internally and externally through social media and internal communities
- Early Careers content design and creation
- Support with ongoing administration for early careers learners
- Any other administration duties as required
- Attend events and promote the JD Group, Early Careers and our initiatives
- To undertake any other duties in line with the needs of the business

**KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**:

- Confident telephone manner
- Be able to communicate with various stakeholders
- Be able to prioritise work accordingly
- Be proactive in work but able to work flexibly when needed
- IT Skills - intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft 365
- Eye for detail
- Ability to plan and organise time
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
