An experienced administrator, preferably with HR or recruitment administrative experience, to support recruitment of clinical and non-clinical roles on behalf of Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and BGPF.

Workforce administrative support will include a range of duties covering the employee lifecycle, in line with the organisations policies and procedures.

This post may be attractive to someone looking to commence a career in Human Resources. Support with training can be provided and we will also arrange suitable professional HR supervision/support to provide advice and guidance as needed.

**Main duties of the job**

As well as recruitment to our own team, Bury GP Federation also recruits and employs staff on behalf of three PCNs under the ARRS scheme. The post holder will act as the key co-ordinator for all BGPF and ARRS recruitment, ensuring that the recruitment process runs smoothly from advertisement to employment and review.

Placing job advertisements

Processing applicants

Organising & managing interviews

Co-ordinating pre-employment checks

Issuing contracts

Co-ordinating on-boarding arrangements and relevant paperwork

Assisting with induction timetables and rotas

Supporting the PCN team in sharing relevant information with member practices

Processing leavers information

Conducting HR audits

Supporting the management team with producing HR related documentation

Calculating annual leave and co-ordinating leave requests

In addition you may be asked to:
Act as first point of contact for patients and clients

Deliver excellent customer service and be representative of BGPF values

Assist with a variety of other administrative tasks

Demonstrate a flexible approach to work & contribute positively to the BGPF team

This is a permanent full time position however this can be negotiable.

**Overview of your organisation**

Bury GP Federation (BGPF) is a federation of 23 GP practices within Bury, Greater Manchester, providing a platform for collaboration, knowledge-sharing and co-ordination. Through working at scale, we redirect resources into delivering at-scale support, relieving capacity pressures and enabling local general practice to maintain high standards of care for patients and to keep pace with best practice. We are proud of the services that we run, including delivery of the COVID vaccination programme, extended access to general practice services and providing support to Primary Care Networks (PCNs).

We also provide a voice for general practice, ensuring that the priorities, needs, and local intelligence of primary care are fed into the Bury and wider GM health and social care system. We are governed by an elected board of directors that is representative of our practices and managed day to day by a small management team led by our Chief Officer.

**Salary**: £23,949.00-£26,282.00 per year
