We are currently looking to recruit a commercially minded strong Administrator, to join our fast-paced Payroll & Pensions team. Payroll experience is preferred and further training will be provided to the successful person. If you have a can do attitude and experience of working within a fast paced environment we would like to hear from you.

Main responsibilities include (but will not be limited to):

  • Working within the Payroll teams to input customer data into the iTrent system and running reports
  • Ensuring all payroll data matches and is forwarded and processed
  • Ensuring all queries are actioned and resolved
  • Supporting clients with data reporting monthly and upon request
  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with them appropriately.
  • Supports administration practices in accordance with changing business/team needs and legal requirements.
  • Providing breakdowns to our payroll for processing
  • Managing client invoices requests and liaising with them based on the dynamic changes for payroll
  • Ability to adapt within a fast-paced environment, where our internal and external clients are at the core of everything we do

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A strong administrator with advanced IT skills specifically Excel skills (v-lookup).
  • Basic understanding of payroll highly desirable
  • High attention to detail and problem solving
  • Ability to work as part of a highly motivated team and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ready to challenge discrepancies where occurring
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn.
