Skills / Experience
- Must possess strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Be confident in producing high volume of contracts.
- Have a strong administration background, with transferable skills.
- Be productive, under pressure, in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

- Type and generate new quotations through to the sales team.
- To amend contracts terms and conditions in line with contractors selected.
- Reformat, merge & proofread existing documents.
- Edit and proof-read documentation for grammar, spelling & punctuation.
- Convert and update current typing framework documents.
- Keep information confidential in accordance with security policies.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
