- Permanent role Mon - Fri - office based role in Bury - onsite parking
- Shifts between 8am - 5.30pm with early finishes and late starts
With our Client, we are looking to appoint enthusiastic and robust Administrators to join a busy and demanding Payroll team. You will reconcile and process Payroll data - this requires the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail
You will be joining a highly successful team / business at an exciting time of continued growth
Key Duties/Responsibilities will include;
- Working as part of a team, you will carry out administrative duties to build and process accurate payroll for colleagues
- You will work within the team to input and manage weekly payrolls, adhering to strict deadlines.
- Ensure that payroll and time and attendance data is accurate and maintained
- Collate and load absence data to ensure that statutory payments are made and recorded
- Input statutory data as requested by third parties including HMRC
- Respond to colleagues queries in a professional and appropriate manner
Experience within a similar role would be an advantage but not essential - full training is given Previous experience within an Administration / Customer Service / Data Processing role is required, along with a good level / understanding of computer systems.Excellent career progression will be on offer due to the size of the business
Shifts are varied between 8am - 5.30pm with early finishes and late starts available
We are looking for robust, hands on and bubbly characters - it is a fast paced and demanding environment
