Sage X3 System Administrator

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a **Sage X3 Administrator** to join us on a Fixed Term Contract. The Sage Systems Administrator role is an exciting new opportunity to play an important part in ensuring Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliance in the World’s largest pure play logistics provider as it migrates onto a common finance platform. It is a very exciting time to be joining the Finance Systems team as GXO looks to achieve its full potential
**This is a** **Fixed contract for 18 months**. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, predominately working remotely. Our head office is in Northampton, however, this role can be based anywhere within a reasonable commutable distance as you'll be required to travel to head office from time to time.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Support any project related activities as required
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Third Party Service provider
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Experience of managing Sage X3 systems Administration
- Ability to create (preferred) and run SQL reports in Sage X3
- AAT or equivalent level finance qualification would be an advantage
- Previous exposure to SOX environment would be an advantage
- Must be able to hit the ground running
- Previous exposure to supplier management would be useful
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify and prioritise system and process improvements
