**About the role**:
This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join our talented Resident Services Team as it grows and be responsible for the coordination of Community Safety's key activities and functions to continuously improve the service we offer to all customers. The role would suit someone with excellent IT and administrative skills who has knowledge of or interest in the Housing sector. It is a hands-on role, where you will work closely with colleagues and act as a point of contact for online inquiries, managing and allocating the caseload for the team and liaising with colleagues to ensure we provide best in class service.

Key duties:

- Provide support to the Director and Senior Management Team to ensure reports, Board papers and presentations are professionally presented and consistent in terms of Sage format and style.
- Manage the diary commitments of the Asset Management and Operations senior team.
- Provide professional meeting minutes prompting colleagues where necessary for overdue actions.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and events.
- Develop and maintain the Asset Management and Operations event calendar, facilitating and communicating key reporting dates, meeting schedules and follow-up reminders.
- Maintain the relevant Operational Plan.
- Provide ad hoc support as required to Asset Management and Operations related projects and/or events.
- In conjunction with the Asset Management and Operations Director, coordinate all team meetings and/or regular conferences/team building etc.
- Ensure the effective operation of the Northampton office and liaise with colleagues to ensure consistency across both Northampton and London offices.

**About you**
- **Experience as a Coordinator within the Housing sector.**:

- **Able to build effective professional relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business both locally and across other locations**:

- **Experience of using MS Offices packages - Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to edit documents, presentation etc.**:

- **Experience producing minutes of meetings timeously**:

- **Some experience of providing customer services under pressure**:

- **Some practical project management experience - not essential**:

- **Positive can-do attitude and flexible approach**:
