Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of Security and Community Safety Officer at the University of Northampton.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be flexible and positive in approach, and have a good understanding of security protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities will include working closely with the residential life team to ensure student safety, supporting events and activities on campus, and collaborating with the university police team to enhance community safety initiatives.

  • Essential Requirements:
    • SIA door supervisor license (or willingness to obtain)
    • SIA CCTV operative license (or willingness to obtain)
    • First Aid at Work certificate (or willingness to obtain)
