We are working with a household name insurance broker who have a proven methodology of bringing talented and driven insurance professionals from Account Handler level roles through to being super star Development Executives.

Working in a proven career development path, you're given support to learn their sales methodology, working with experienced colleagues who coach and nurture you towards the ultimate goal of being a fully fledged and highly successful Development Executive.

The reward? You'll be well paid to start, trained even better and ultimately be on a pathway to earning £six figures and attaining shares in the company.
