**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Contribute to planning and sales execution of the territory in coordination with your aligned Channel Director and Manager.
- Manage achievement of sales targets to ensure you exceed sales targets.
- Contribute and deliver accurate sales forecast.
- Work with our marketing team to manage the lead qualification and execution process.
- Ensure all quotes for run rate are supported and delivered on time.
- Manage our renewals contracts to achieve a maximum churn rate of 30%
- Develop and support customer relationships, seek to cross sell, and deliver great experience for transactional business.
- Collaborate with other departments about market requirements and the services that customers require including the commercial drivers that affect buying decisions.

**Personal Specification**:
You will be an enthusiastic sales professional, keen to learn and develop your skills in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers. You will also have to coordinate and communicate efforts across the business to meet the needs of your clients. Working with your aligned Channel Director you will contribute to the planning and execution of the territory whilst ensuring key elements required of the role are achieved to satisfaction.

**Essential Skills**:

- Ability to communicate, present and influence both external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to develop, increase and maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Effective communication skills.
- Be erudite and willing to continually improve skills and behaviour.
- Pipeline management and weekly submission of reports.
- Use of CRM, collaboration, and IT tools to drive the right level of quality data input to meet client requirements.

**Critical Success Factors**:

- Develop and increase our sales revenue.
- Achieve churn rate below 30%.
- Increase penetration in accounts for under £5k opportunities for Inventory Assurance, Professional Services, Hardware, and Smart Logistics.
- Demonstrate continual development of skills and commitment to business and personal goals.

**Hours of Work**:
37.5 hours a week, 09:00 - 17:30; Monday to Friday, in the office at least 3 days per week.
