Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by actively seeking out new leads and opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
- Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Basic IT skills to navigate CRM systems or other sales tools

**Salary**: Up to £90,765.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
