Job Summary:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you will operate as an independent contractor, driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close sales transactions, all while delivering exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales, and status reports

**Requirements**:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Prospect and qualify leads to build a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
