**Join our team as Customer Service Team Leader**

Ready to lead seamless operations and elevate service excellence? We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee our Land Export functions within the Commodities Department. Your mission: drive efficiency, elevate satisfaction, and ensure success in every interaction. - ** Hours**: 9:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
- ** Salary**: £33,000 per annum

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure maximum operational effectiveness and efficiency in Land Operations.
- Continuously review and improve operational processes.
- Manage data quality within the department.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for operational issues.
- Ensure departmental operational KPIs are met.
- Review and enhance customer service output levels.
- Investigate and respond promptly to queries and complaints from external, internal customers, and suppliers.

**About you**
- Extensive experience in Land Operations industry with strong knowledge.
- Essential strong Customer Service and people management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of prioritizing and managing high workloads, meeting deadlines even in challenging situations.
