About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Team Leader to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve excellent customer service standards.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their performance and skills.
  • Process Implementation and Management
    • Develop and implement processes to ensure efficiency and quality of service delivery.
    • Monitor and analyze team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution
    • Resolve complex customer complaints and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and objectives.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure team adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure team compliance.
  • Strategic Contributions
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve customer service processes.
  • Training and Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct performance evaluations to identify areas for training and development.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in customer service management software.
  • Work Schedule
    • Must be able to work one in four Saturdays.
