About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to join our Theatre Team at our private hospital in Bradford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Theatre, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the Urology and General surgical operations
  • Support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework
  • Work closely with the Theatre Manager on the day-to-day procedures
  • Monitor resources, budgets and workforce planning
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve theatre efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Lead and motivate the theatre team to achieve high standards of patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • ODP level 3 / RN (1)
  • Valid NMC/HCPC with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 years' management experience in theatre in the UK
  • Previous experience working as Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified
  • A strong understanding of clinical procedures
