About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified to join our Theatre Team at our private hospital in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a highly reputable company with state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the Urology and General surgical operations
  • Support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework
  • Work closely with the Theatre Manager on day-to-day procedures
  • Monitor resources, budgets, and workforce planning
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance quality and efficiency
Requirements
  • ODP level 3 / RN (1) qualification
  • Valid NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Minimum of 2 years' management experience in theatre in the UK
  • Previous experience working as Team Leader - Nurse / ODP Qualified
  • A strong understanding of clinical procedures
