We are seeking an experienced and skilled Theatre Team Manager to join our team at Appoint Group. As a key member of our Theatre Department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our Urology and General Surgical operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Manage the Theatre Department to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against the required governance framework.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Theatre Manager on day-to-day procedures.
- Resource Management: Monitor resources, budgets, and workforce planning.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the Theatre Team.
- Qualifications: ODP level 3 / RN (1) or equivalent.
- Registration: Valid NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions.
- Eligibility: Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' management experience in Theatre in the UK.
- Skills: Strong understanding of clinical procedures, excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
