**The Company**

A market leading IoT Provider are looking for a Scrum Master to join their team on a 6-month contract, on a remote working basis. The business is a global organisation, delivering IoT services to over 150 countries, across 500+ global networks.

This is a completely remote role, meaning you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. You must, however, be UK based to be considered for this role.

As a Scrum Master, you will work across multiple projects across the IoT Providers organisation. This means you’ll have the opportunity to get stuck into small team assignments across multiple sites and countries.

**The Scrum Master Role Overview**

As a Scrum Master, you will hit the ground running on a variety of technology-focused delivery projects, with the complete support of the business to be an effective member of the SCRUM team.

Responsibilities include:

- Take responsibility for implementing Scrum framework with a virtual team.
- Coach and support teams in Agile working to meet and exceed on customer expectations.
- Support the wider Scrum teams to be effective in their work.
- Plan Scrum events and Agile meeting: Ensuring positive and productive work environments.
- Managing any hurdles necessary, to support the team to achieve their Sprint Goals.
- Support the team to be self-managing and work in a cross-functional capacity.

**Experience Required for the SCRUM Master Role**

The business will support you to work how is best for you, in a remote environment with the technology and software you need to be effective in your role. The business does ask that you have:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach position.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM etc.)
- Experience in a software development team, ideally from a multi-team project background.
- Demonstrable experience implementing Scrum framework for virtual and remote Scrum teams.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing problems as they arise.
- Experience managing multiple backlogs and projects in JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and similar, such as Kanban and XP.
- Strong communication, personable, and management skills.
