The Agile Coach is responsible for creating the environment for a safe and effective, customer-driven agile team. Your central responsibility is to coach a cross-functional teams in the art of continuous improvement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coach teams in planning, implementing, and delivering high quality software utilising modern agile practices and principles
- Develop high performing teams that focus on the consistent and repeated delivery of business value
- Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on empowerment and problem-solving.
- Accelerate our pace of innovation
- Removes blockers to improve the performance of the team
- Teaches and mentors through a variety of forums
- Facilitates conversations and all levels of the organisation
- Advances our values (caring, accountability, integrity, empowerment, passion, fun)

Skills / Attributes
- Relevant experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach in the software engineering space
- Exemplifies and promotes agile values and principles not just within technology but throughout the organisation
- Excels in facilitating teamwork and critical thinking
- Approaches problems pragmatically, with a preference for data and incremental solutions
- Builds consensus and rigor towards the appropriate working agreements
- Advances smooth and fast flow, through visualisation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end process
- Elevates the conversation with executives from outputs to outcomes
- Leverages data where possible
- Supports bringing people together, including product, engineering, quality, and business
- Demonstrates advanced facilitation techniques, promoting collaboration and problem solving
- Identifies initiatives, gains buy-in, and delivers solutions that advance the ways of working within Technology
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills

Nice to have
- Experience in both the startup and enterprise space
- Coaches Lean Software Development, XP, Design Thinking practices
- Experience with the Objective and Key Results (OKR) Framework
