**About you**:
**What you will be doing as a Scrum Master?**:
As our Scrum Master, you'll be the linchpin in our agile framework, empowering our development teams to transform vision into high-quality software solutions.

**Responsible for**:

- Facilitating efficient and targeted Sprint Planning sessions to set clear goals and measurable objectives.
- Coaching and mentoring the development team in Agile methodologies, fostering an environment ripe for continuous improvement.
- Leading by example in daily Scrum meetings to ensure open communication and robust collaboration within the team.
- Streamlining processes by identifying and eliminating impediments, ensuring the team's workflow is as smooth and effective as possible.
- Conducting impactful Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives that not only assess progress but actively improve our practices and products in real-time.

**Your profile**:
**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to facilitate, coach, and mentor teams in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building trust and rapport with team members.
- Conflict management skills and a talent for creating a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- You are a passionate and positive individual who takes pride in your work and thrives in a customer-focused, team-oriented environment.
