Our team is based at The Farmhouse on the Bristol Cribbs Causeway campus and work in a beautifully converted office with excellent facilities including onsite parking. We look after bookings for BMW, MINI, Jaguar and Land Rover. We put a lot of time and effort into ensuring that our Booking Advisors are fully up to speed with all the training and information that they need from around the Dick Lovett Group, so this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your automotive knowledge and customer service skills whilst working in a fantastic environment with a great team.

Specifically, as a Bookings Advisor you can expect that no two days will be the same. In this role you are the handshake for Dick Lovett customers before they enter the dealerships with their car. This could be the first time they have interacted with us or the 20th, but our bookings team will ensure that every customer receives the same service.

This role involves completing paperwork with auditor-like accuracy, updating customer notes in our Customer Management System and identifying anything that could be missed to ensure the customers get the best experience with us. As you can see, we need someone with a good eye for detail who isn’t afraid to stand up for what is best for the customer.

Our Bookings team interact with Dick Lovett staff from all over the Group to get updates and give all of the information to customers that they need. So you may need to follow up on items, and follow up again, and again, if that is what it takes By working together, we can build a stronger company with a seamless experience for customers.
