Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure outstanding customer service by managing incoming inquiries and organizing appointments in the service schedule. This role also involves providing continuous support for ongoing jobs, preparing necessary documentation for customer handovers, and offering estimates for inquiries received via phone or online. Maintaining a positive, helpful, and efficient communication style with customers is essential throughout these interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently responding to and managing customer phone inquiries;
  • Assisting customers with scheduling convenient appointments and accurately recording their requests on job cards;
  • Creating job cards and verifying vehicles for recalls and technical campaigns;
  • Supporting service advisors in their tasks;
  • Providing estimates for inquiries received through various channels;
  • Coordinating with workshop management regarding parts availability and diagnostic feedback;
  • Upholding the Wessex Garages Customer Satisfaction commitment;
  • Understanding and adhering to manufacturer booking protocols;
  • Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
