About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and driven Customer Retention Specialist to join our sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Bristol.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying potential loyalty opportunities, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting and pursuing potential loyalty opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Booking appointments and meeting with customers face-to-face
  • Referring customers to the sales and management team
  • Logging and tracking results

About You

We are looking for an organized, determined individual with exceptional interpersonal skills.

You will need to possess high standards, great initiative, and the ability to work in a logical and cost-effective manner.
