We are seeking a Trainee Bookings Advisor to join our clients team, a busy car dealer in the Cribbs Causeway area. As a Trainee Bookings Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their bookings and providing exceptional customer service. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and advancement within our company.

Working pattern: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm

**Salary**: £24k basic, OTE £30k

**Recruitment event 1st May 6pm - you must be able to attend face to face interview**

**Duties**:

- Provide accurate and detailed information about available services and packages
- Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the customer experience
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable options
- Enter customer data and booking details into our system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with resolving any issues or concerns raised by customers
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or difficult situations
- Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment

Pay: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
