An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Operations Provisioning Officer to join our team in Digital Services. The Digital Operations Provisioning Officer plays a crucial role in our organisation, ensuring the seamless provision of IT hardware by providing proactive support, coordinating deliveries, and troubleshooting technical issues. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their workload, collaborate with team members, and adhere to agreed deadlines.

The Digital Operations Provisioning Officer will be responsible for providing high-level proactive support, coordinating deliveries, and supporting colleagues to provision IT Hardware while managing their own deadlines.

Manage own workload and activities related to the Digital Provisioning Team. Technical troubleshooting of hardware and software issues. Work as part of a team and escalate issues to the Line Manager as appropriate. Ensure that scheduled work is completed within agreed timescales.

**Proactive Support**:
Provide proactive support to colleagues involved in IT hardware provisioning.

Address queries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for end-users.

**Coordination of Deliveries**:
Coordinate the delivery of IT hardware

**Technical Troubleshooting**:
Perform technical troubleshooting for both hardware and software issues.

**Workload Management**:
Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow within the Digital Provisioning Team.

**Team Collaboration**:
Work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.

Communicate effectively with team members and escalate issues to the Line Manager when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Sufficient knowledge of computer hardware to support fault diagnosis to component level.

Requires an up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10/11)

Effective communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
