Office Administrator

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Experience in using Quickbooks is essential for this role
- Knowledge of the Construction industry Scheme
- Computerise and maintain office records and documents
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Type and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette when answering calls and handling queries
- Utilise organisational skills to maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide administrative support to staff members as required
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
Pay: £20,000.00 per year
