We are looking for two additional team members to join the service team and this highly successful company as a Service Coordinator. In this varied role you will be providing scheduling and administrative support to internal and external customers includinggeneral customer service, invoicing, cost estimations, reporting and managing service contracts.

**Main Tasks for the Service Coordinator**
- Taking ownership and resolution of complaints
- Schedule work for the team of field service engineers
- Proactively provide updates in relation to service request progress, planned updates and planned service
- Ensure data in work orders is accurate and submitting all service related work orders
- Create and manage cost estimations in line with customer and contract conditions
- Process spare parts orders for accepted cost estimations
- Follow up on outstanding purchase orders, cash payments and open cost estimations
- Check for held orders in the system
- Investigate and resolve service invoice queries and raise supporting credit paperwork
- Closely monitor all WIP jobs correcting any tasks and errors that prevent timely completion
- Be a positive team influence, attending team meetings, offering feedback, updates and suggestions

**Required skills, Experience, Knowledge, Competencies for the Service Coordinator**
- Previous experience within a customer service or support role
- Strong administration skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a sometimes demanding environment
- Clear communication skills of both written and oral registers
- Strong MS Office skills
- Teamwork/collaboration
- Able to build and maintain meaningful relationships
- Proactive with initiative, confidence and able to see opportunities
