**Please Note: this is a full-time role, working on-site Monday to Friday. Due to the location of the role, it would be ideal to have your own transport.**

**Main Responsibilities**
- General office administration duties
- Processing and keeping up to date our projects through our “WorkFlowMax®” computer system
- Placing Purchase Orders for parts for
- Scheduling of tasks within the engineer’s diaries
- Scheduling of maintenance visits
- Regular communication with customers (confirming visits etc.)
- Submitting standard Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) as required
- Maintenance contract administrator
- Being involved in the quoting of remedial works
- Carrying out Training course agreed with the regional manager.

**Key Skills**
- Good communication skills.
- Five GCSE qualifications at level A to C including Maths & English.
- Good IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & Works.
- Good telephone manners.
- Good timekeeper.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Conscientious.
- Basic understanding of Quality Assurance and service delivery.
- Have good mathematical skills together with an organised thought process.
- Good interpersonal and customer relationship skills.

**Additional Information**
- The working hours for this role are 8.30 am - 5 pm with 1 hour for lunch.
- This position is fully on-site.
- The pension is standard (auto-enrollment).
- There are 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (3 of these need to be used for Christmas).
- Healthcare is available after 6 months.
