**Role: Client Services Coordinator - Full-Time role**

**Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire**

**Salary: Up to £26,000 p.a. + benefits**

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills who is ready for a new challenge and wants to develop their career further and become an important member of the busy office Team within this private healthcare business.

**The Client Services Coordinator will be responsible for**:

- Managing the workforce schedule on a weekly basis.
- Responsible for updating the internal CRM system.
- Able to prioritise their time well and adapt to new and changing business demands.
- Identify any reoccurring issues to the Operations Manager and wider Management team giving solutions and ideas where relevant.
- Escalate accordingly and act as a champion of quality and setting high standards across the team.

**The ideal applicant will be**:

- Extremely well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills with the ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Be self-motivated and flexible, with a willingness to introduce new and more efficient ways of working into the team.
- Experience of a scheduling/CRM/HR/recording systems.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office Suite programmes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
