Blue Arrow Edinburgh are recruiting for full time Customer Service Advisers

Our client strives to put their customers at the heart of everything that they do. They understand that the services they provide are essential to our daily lives. When customers need a helping hand, our client ensures they have the right people to confidently manage all issues to a successful resolution.

**Hours**
The contract will be 37.5 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to advise which shifts suit you from
**Monday to Friday 3pm - 10pm**, however you must work either a
**Saturday or Sunday between 8am-10pm**. This role pays £10.94 per hour Monday - Friday and £16.41 on Saturday and Sundays and any hours over 37.5.

**Training**:
The successful post holder will be required to attend the office in the South of Edinburgh for training to ensure that they are fully supported and equipped to begin the role. The training will run over the course of a 3 week period within the office and will be fully paid.

**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours**
You will be trained on everything you need to know about services, but we're looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals who are natural at providing an excellent customer experience.
- You will have the ability to work in an organised, professional manner, providing high levels of customer service in all verbal and written communications.
- You will have strong communication skills and have the flexibility to work efficiently, both as part of a team, and individually.
- You will be required to effectively and concisely answer customer queries with good spelling and grammar.
- You will be able to remain calm and able to assess situations with both understanding and objectivity; showing patience and professionalism in any scenario.
- You will be able to demonstrate empathy for the customer and be able take responsive action to resolve customer queries.
- Through accurately recording customer information, you will be required to demonstrate critical thinking skills, by checking relevant historical information, and using our systems to allocate resources.

**Hybrid Working**:
Whilst our offices are open and fully functional again, you will have the option to work from home provided it does not affect your ability to provide outstanding customer service. Likewise, you have the opportunity to make use of our office space as frequently as you wish. There may also be requirements to attend the office on some occasions. This site has free onsite parking and is also easily accessible via public transport with several bus routes nearby.
