Our Edinburgh based client has been helping its customers achieve financial security for centuries. Over the years they have evolved their products to support their customer's needs whilst retaining their proud heritage and global appeal. As one of the worldslargest financial services organisations they certainly don't have any intentions of slowing down any time soon.
This is a telephone based role and as a Customer Service Advisor you would be the first point of contact for their customers and Financial Advisors and would be expected to demonstrate a high level of service and product knowledge at all times.
To be considered for this role you would need to have the following experience and skillset:

- Ability to learn a variety of products and systems
- Previous customer service experience (Financial or call centre would be advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident
- Can deal with difficult or challenging situations
- Attention to detail
- Can explain complex matters in a simplified manner
This role offers an excellent salary of up to £24K (DOE) and a host of great benefits including onsite gym, a very competitive pension scheme and is a mixture of home and office based.
Can it get any better? It's operating hours are Monday
- Friday between the hours of 9am -6pm (37.5 hours per week).
